At Tillman Tools LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
